Changde rice noodle is a traditional food in Changde City, Hunan Province. In 2020, it was approved as a national geographical indication (GI) trademark. There are now 31 medium and large-sized rice noodle manufacturers in Changde. Their daily production capacity can surpass 500,000 kilograms, thanks to the introduction of high-standard intelligent production lines and digital management systems.
