The procedures of marriage registration between Hunan residents and foreigners in Hunan:

Qualification Criteria:
1. One of the parties holds a Hunan hukou (household registration).
2. Both parties must enter into the marriage voluntarily.
3. The legal minimum age for marriage is 22 for men and 20 for women.
4. Both parties must not be directly or indirectly related within three generations.
5. Both parties are single and eligible to marry.

Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China
Household Registration Book of the People's Republic of China
Valid Passport
Certificate of No Marital Status
