The platform is overseen by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and developed and operated by Hunan Smart Cultural Tourism Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Hunan Tourism Group. Its international edition, "Hunan Travel", deeply integrates "culture + tourism + technology", consolidating province-wide tourism resources to provide foreign visitors with one-stop online services, including real-time translation, hotel bookings, and guides for scenic areas. It also features cross-border payments, itinerary planning, emergency rescue services, and integrates DeepSeek to enhance the "AI + cultural tourism" experience.
