Sheltered Bridge in Longjin

Longjin Wind-rain Bridge is a long sheltered bridge made of wood located in the city of Huaihua, Hunan Province. Built in 1591, this work of architecture is a combination of a long bridge and a main corridor covered by several pavilions and was a popular place for ancient Chinese merchants to do business. Now, after several phases of renovation work, the wooden structure retains its grandeur to extend 146.7 meters over the river.
